Diabetes Mellitus is one of the most common diseases in the world. It is of chronic nature and inadequate management leads to serious disorders of organs and systems. Controlling the condition is vital in maintaining a useful and productive life. Once under control patients are be able to perform daily activities and avoid risks associated with other chronic noncommunicable diseases which could lead to other serious complications.

Diagnosed early, it would be possible to undertake the necessary steps to prevent major health complications.

Evaluation and consultation:

  • Initial evaluation, consultation, clinical history review and confection of medical records
  • Medical evaluation by an endocrinology specialist
  • Medical evaluation by an ophthalmology specialist
  • Medical evaluation by a nephrology specialist

  • Glycated [Glycosylated] test
  • Hemoglobin (HbA1c) test
  • Chest X ray
  • Upper Abdominal ultrasound
  • Complete Blood Count (CBC) test
  • Uric Acid test
  • Creatinine test
  • Glycemia test (6)
  • Full Lipid panel test
  • Urea test
  • Cyturia test

IMAGING and other investigations:

  • Electrocardiogram test
  • Chest X rays
  • Echocardiogram test
  • Before and after urination bladder ultrasound
  • Carotid and vertebral Echo
  • Doppler


  • The above program does not include medications for certain conditions such as
    depression, blood coagulation, etc.
  • Medicaments, fluids, blood and derivatives to be used, as well as additional procedure(s) performed not included in the exact treatment would be invoiced separately on upon the conclusion of said treatment / procedure(s)
