The Center:

Founded in 1966, the center’s scientists have dedicated themselves to in-depth investigations, assistance, and training. Generations have been trained and graduated at the hands of Cardiologists and Cardiovascular surgeons.

Mission:

To promote and develop scientific research and technological innovation in the field of cardiology and cardiovascular surgery, to address the fundamental problems of the health of the population, forming and training the scientific and professional personnel needed to provide medical services in correspondence with the tertiary care level, with high scientific, humanistic, revolutionary, and internationalist ethics, and advising the National Health System.
